never was married and that about Six Years ago she lived a Yearly
Servant with Mr Coles Peruke maker in Beaufort Buildings in the
Parish of St. Clement Danes in the County of Middlesex for one Year
and upwards at the Yearly Wages of Four pounds and has not since
she quitted the sd. Mrs. Coles Service rented Ten Pounds a Year paid
Parish Taxes lived a Yearly Servant for one Year or otherwise gained
a Settlement in any other place to her knowledge or belief and
further upon her Voluntary Oath saith she is pregnant with Child or
Children which is likely to be born a bastard or bastards and to
become Chargeable to the said parish of St. Clement Danes she being
Poor and unable to maintain the same when born and that George
Dawson
< no role > who is at present Sailor on board the Cales Galley
did beget the sd. bastard Child or Children on her body the said George
Dawson
< no role > having had carnal knowledge of this Examinant four times in
the month of June last at one of which times he got her with
Child of the said bastard Child or Children with which she is
now pregnant and that the said George Dawson< no role > and no other
person is the true & real father thereof
