wife at the Parish Church of Saint Anns Soho and
who has been dead about Six Months by
whom he has two Children living Vizt

aged about Seventeen Months that in the
11th. day of June 1766 he was bound Apprentice

to Richard Carpenter< no role > of Coventry Street in the
Parish of Saint Martin in the fields Cordwainer
that he served his said Master under such Indenture
Five years or thereabouts and then Run
away since which time he has done no
Act matter or thing whereby to the best of his
Knowledge Information or belief he may have
gained a Settlement elsewhere
