Phenix Alley Long here Maketh Oath
and Saith That she has been informed
and which Information she this Examinant
has reason to belief is true that Ann
Walton
< no role > who is lately deceased was married
to Matthew Walton< no role > her Husband who now
lives at one Sir Thomas Edward< no role > 's in Upper
Seyment Street at the Parish Church
of Saint Ann Soho that she had
after he said Marriage two [..] Children
Vizt. [..] Matthew< no role > now aged fourteen
or thereabouts and Grenada< no role > aged eight
Years or thereabouts that the said
Ann Walton< no role > lived with her said two
Children in Vere Street in the Parish
of Saint Clement Danes in the County
of Middlesex for about three Months
was taken all there and died, that
she left her said Children there who are
both ill and unable to maintain them [..]
and this Examinant further saith
