went from this Deponent's house
about half past four o'Clock
and this Deponent did not see
him afterwards, but about ten
o Clock the same Evening she
was informed that he had been
shot and carried to St. Margarets
Work house that where she went
and saw the deceased. That on
Tuesday last the deceased told
this Deponent that he had been
into the City and had heard bad
News and appeared then to be
very much affected and [..] in his
Mind as before mentioned

Westmr. Hospital being sworn deposeth
that Yesterday Morng the second Feby
Instant be examined that Body of the
Body of the deceased and found the
whole of the Bones of his Face had
been discharged by the Explosion of
a Pistol Blunderbuss or Gun, that
the Ball or Balls had gone through
the Roof of his Mouth and through
his Brains and [..] his Nose was
[..] completely Split and his right Cheek
burst open in two Plates and
smelt very strong of Gun powder
and that immediate Death was the
Comupence of this Explosion, that
there appeared no other Marks of
Violence on the Body [..] of the deced
