Thomas Stirling< no role > at No. 29 in Northum-
-berland Street being Gentlemen sworn deposeth
that he has known the deceased about
Eighteen Years but more particularly
for three seven Years last past,
during which latter time he has
lodged with this Deponent; that he
was of a Chearful Disposition, that
in the [..] of Christmas Eve last, he was arrested
for thirty four Pounds and taken away
immediately to the [..] Officers
house in Shire Lane whereupon this
Deponent and Mr. Gretton of St.
Margarets Street Westminster went
to the [..] and settled the
business and got [..] discharge for the deceased upon which
he was Released the [..]
next morning being Christmas day
and this Deponent observed that
from this timeuntilthe Deceased
appeared
