appeared to be very much agita
-ted and disturbed in his Mind
that Sunday last was the last
time that he had any Conversation
with the deceased at which time
he was very much agitated and
disturbed in his Mind and he
appointed to meet this Depont.
and Mr. Gretton [..]
Coffee the next morning
(Monday 30th. Jany) at Eleven
o'Clock) where they staid a
considerable time but the
deceased did not meet them
according to Appointment
that the deceased did not sleep
at this Deponents house after
Thursday 26th. Jany last.

Westminster Esqr . being sworn deposeth
that he has known the deceased about
seven Years last past, who was introduced
to him by Mr. Stirling, that about
three Months ago he informed this
Deponent that the Duchess of Wur-
temburgh [..] who reced to allow
him an Annuity of two hundred
Pounds, had wrote him that she could
not continue the said Annuity any
longer which disturbed his mind
very much that the Dutchess had
offer'd to give him a Regiment of
Infantry in lieu of the said Annuity
and requested this Deponents Assistance
toofferedthe same discharge of either to the East India [..] that the said
Business not being likely to be com-
-pleted as soon as the deceased hoped
