this 29th. January 1795 in the Parish
of St. George Hanover Square at the
Dwelling house of John Ellis< no role > the Sign
of the Kings Drms in Five Field
Row Chelsea before Anthony Gill< no role >
this Majestys' Coroner for the said
City & Liberty touching the dept
of Elizabeth Monk< no role > then and
there lying dead , as follow
to Wit.

Henry Sumpter< no role > of Cliffords Row Chelsea Stone Mason
being sworn deponth that about 3 o'Clock
Yesterday in the afternoon as he was in his Parlour
he saw the deceased coming up the Row and she
fell down and as she did not seem to attempt to
rise he went out and lifted her up at which
time she was speechless and motionless where
upon this Deponent and his Brother carried her
into his Parlour and placed her near the Fire
but there appeared no Symptons of life in here
this Deponent sent to Mr. Churchhill and Apothe
-cary who could not come as he was very ill
This Deponent her Kind that the deceased had had
two Apoplectic Fits heretofore, and from the
Symptoms
