where he is, taken care and mind I shall not he
answerable for any thing may happen, but as
he had no apprehension of any danger and Knowing
that the place below was safe and warm, he dont
know that he had my particulor reason for saying
so, tho the thinks he himself should have bet the
Deceased lay where he frist was for such reasonable
time as it might he thought he might become Labor
Deponent went away after the Watchmen were gone
and about Eleven o'Clock he heard he was Dead.

Westmr on his Oath saith Mat on Wednesday last he
went on Duty at Eight in the Morning and relevied the
Night Watch House Keeperhe was acquainted by the
Might Watch House Keeper Hore wene two Men below
one on a Warrant and the other being brought in Drunk
which was old Bellows to mend, and to twin him out
when he was LaberAbout Eleven o'Clock he went
down to bring the Mom up that was on the Warrant
to the Constable, and opened the Door and called the

Man who came upin about Ten Minutes after
he went down into the Place where the Deceased was
and called him but he old not answerhe then saw
his other stretched on the Floor, and fell him cold, and
being apprehension he might he Dead, he went up
Stairs and got a light, and went down again and
then found he was quite Dead

James's Shoemaker on his Oath saith that he was
taken to the Watch House on Tuesday might last about
Nine o'Clock by the Constable, and was put down below
Deponent was awake when the Deceased was brought
into the Place where he was by two Watchmen, but
he does not know what time it was, they laid the
Deceased frist on his back, but afterwards considering
turned him on his side thinking it would he more
cary for him; and imbuttoned his Collarthey said
he was much intoxicated with LiquorDeponent saw
his byes open and he was a live when he was brought
downhe called to him several times after the
Watchmen were gone but he never answered.
