Deceased's Head was quite under Water, and Deponent
only Saw his Hands waving. Deponent Made the best
he could to Swim towards the Deceased but he was
quite under Water before he Could got to him. A Man
went in to the River and Searched for him, but could not
find him, the Deponent was more than Two Hours
and a half looking and Warching for the Deceased, but
the Deceased was not found till Friday
