of which
he languished in Saint Georges' Hospital
in the Parish of
St. George
Hanover Square
within the said Liberty of
Westminster
, until the 30th, day of the same Month, and
then Died. And that the said Person or Persons unknown

Feloniously Wilfully and
of Malice aforethought did Kill and Murder against the
Peace of our Lord the King his Crown and Dignity.
