Mr. Wood's Wharf on his Oath saith That
Yesterday Morning between Six & Seven
o'Clock he saw the Deced come to the
River Thamas at the bottom of Northumberland
Street , that he took of his Cloaths and
Dept. saw the Deced washing his face
in the River Says that they soon after
missed the Deced and called him several
times, That they used the Grapple, and
Dept. touched him with his Foot desired
and lying by the side of a Barge, in
the River Thamas about two Yards
from the Place where Dept. saw [..]
him Washing face, and Dept. believes
that the Deced was Accidentally Drowned
