and that he observed no Marks of violence
upon the Deced Says that the Deced has
not been well for some time and believes
that he died by the Inclemency of the Weather

Humphrey Tomkisson< no role > Vestry Clerk of
the Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden on
his Oath saith That he gave William
Hutchins
< no role > the Deced an order to go the
watch house of Covent Garden , Parish
where he staid about a fortnight, That
about a Month ago this Dept. was with
the Churchwardens and Overseers at
the Poor house on Business when the
Deced came to them & desired to be
discharged from the House saying that
he was letter and able to be a Watchman
upon which the Deced was at his own
desire discharged from the Work house.
but the Gentleman did not think proper to comply
him at a Watchman.
