Second day of January 1786 at the
Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden
with in the Liberty of Westmr. in the
County of Midsex upon an Inquisition
touching the death eath of
Hutchins lying dead in the said
Parish Liberty and County.

James Clouff< no role > at Mr. Francis Doyle< no role >
Printer in Covent Garden on his
Oath saith That this Morning between
six & seven of the Clock Dept. went to
fetch Mr. Doyle's Box that stood near
the Rails opposit Mr. Wood's Hotel on
Covent Garden in the Parish of St. Paul
Covent Garden and found William Hutchins< no role >
the Deced in the Box with his Head
Earning downwards, Says that he spoke
to the Deced and shook him, supposing
him to be asleep, but having no answer
he felt the Deced and found, him to be
Dead and Cold. and Dept. immediately
acquainted the People at the Watch house
there with Says that he observed no
marks of violence upon the Deced and
believes that he died by the Inclemency
of the Weather.

Covent Garden Fruiterer on his Oath
saith That this Morning about seven o'Clock
he was going to open his Master's Standing
and saw Mr. Clough standing by a Box
in Covent Garden , who told him there
was a Man dead in the Box there, Says
that he then saw the Deced leaning [..]
in the Box with his Head leaning upon
a Basket, Says that the Deced was dead
