on the First day of February in the Year aforesaid being with

another Laborer lifting a Piece of Timber in the Yard of

Timber Merchant
, It so happened that the said Piece of
Timber slipped down, and that one End there of Accidentally
Casually and by Misfortune struck against the Right Leg
of the said

and there received one mortal Bruise in and upon his said
Right Leg, of which said mortal Bruise he the said

from the said first day of February in the Year aforesaid until
the thirteenth day of the same Month and Year at the said
Parish of Saint Margaret within the Liberty and County
aforesaid languished, and thereof then and there did die.
And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do
say, that the said Robert Faulks in Manner and by the
Means aforesaid Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune
came to his death and not otherwise. In Witness
