Says that he Rowed the Boat to a
Man that stood in one of the Barges and
then Dept. got into a Barge there
and went to the Shore in the Parish of
St. John the Evangelist , and did not see
the Deced afterwards alive and
believes that he was immediately drowned
Deced, Says that there was no Persons
in the Boat with the Deced and this
Dept. and that the Deced was accidentally
Drowned.

Lambeth on his Oath saith, That he
was Fishing this day about half after
two o Clock in the River Thames , near
Mr, Simons's wharf when he was informed
that a Young Gentleman was Drowned
Says that he cast his Net into the
Water in order to Catch the Deced, and
the fourth time he found the Deced
and brought him to Shore in his Net
to the Horse Ferry in the Parish of St.
John the Evangelist Westmr Says that
the Deced was carried to the white Hart
where every Means were used for
his Rero very, without effect, the Deced
being Drowned and Dead, Says that he
observed no Marks of violence upon the
Deceds
