Informations taken this Thirty
first day of July 1781 at the Parish
of St. Ann with in the Liberty of Westmr
in the County of Midsex upon an Inquisition
touching the Death of Richard Verrall< no role >
lying dead in the said Parish Liberty
and County.

Daniel Dale< no role > at No. 20. Queen Street Soho
on his Oath saith That on Saturday Night
last, (July 28th.) he this Dept. was desired to
sit up with Richard Verrall< no role > the Deced at Mr
John Jenner< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. 's in Frith Street in the Parish of St. Arm
Westmr. and to attend the Deced who had
attempted to cut his Throat, as Dept. was informed
Says that he attended the Deced in his Room
that Night & until about Ten o'Clock the next
Morning, when Dept. was called down to
Breakfast, Deced desiring him to send
him his Breakfast, upon which Dept.
said he would, and went down leaving
the Deced alone in Bed in a Room three
pair of Stairs, Says that in about two
Minutes, he heard the Maid cry out that
the Deced had fallen into the Street, and
Dept. saw him Sticking upo the Iroon
Rails before Mr. Jenner's House, and was
soon after lifted off the Iron Rails, Says
that the believes the Deced Threes himself
out of the Window in Deced's Room. and
that the Deced sometimes talked very sensibly
and was Sorry for what he had done, and
at other times his thought Rambled and he
appeared to be Disordered in his Mind.
