and distracted on the thirteenth day of January in the Year aforesaid
at the Parish and in the Liberty and County aforesaid in the
Dwelling House of

there had and held in his Right Hand the Throat or Gullet of him

one mortal wound of the

mortal wound he the said

aforesaid did Languish and Languishing did live, on which said Seventeenth

there did die. And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid do say
