on the Fourth day of June in the Year aforesaid, on End of a certain
Linnen Handkerchief unto an Iron Spike fastened into the Wainscot in
the Lodging Room of the said

situate in Orchard Street in the Parish aforesaid within
the Liberty and County aforesaid, and the other End thereof about his own
Neck did fix tye and fasten, and therewith did then and there hang
suffocated and Strangle himself, of which said Hanging Suffocation
and Strangling he the

that the said
