any where near the Deced when he first found him
Hanging and believes that the Deced Hanged himself
Says that the Deced for the last week appeared to be
Melancholy and low Spirited, and spoke very little,
That the Deced was uneasy and disturbed in his
Mind, and Dept. believes that he was disordered in
his Senses.

John Henley< no role > Clerk to William Mackreth the Deced
on his Oath saith That he has lived about Seven Years
with the Deced That the Deced has appeared to be
disordered in his Mind for some time particularly for
the last week, That for fear the Deced should do himself
some Mischief Dept. has lain upon a Mottrass in
Depts. Bed Chamber every Night for some time when the Deced was [..] Town That
he went down Stairs this Morning about twenty
Minutes after five oClock and that the Deced soon
followed, and desired Dept. to go to Mr. Brown's
in Wells Street to tell him that if he did not
take up a Note for Eighty one Pounds which had
been due some days he would be Arrested, Says that
he ordered the Horsekeeper to get the Horse ready
the Deced standing by at the Counting House Door
and Dept. rode away leaving the Deced at the
Counting House Door, Says that he then ordered the
[..] Horse keeper to keep his Eye upon the Deced
he this Dept. being afraid that he would do himself
a Michiefs, Says that he returned about ten
Minutes before Seven o'Clock when he found the Deced dead
and believes that he Hanged himself, And Says that
the Deced was Disordered in his Mind,
