Afternoon, the Mother of the Deced asked her if she had seen her
Child, she said No, and then said Neighbour go & look in the Dutch [..]
about 12 years ago I saved a Child life, the Woman went and went
the Assistance of her Landlady's Daughter went & searched the Date
& upon then not finding it the Deponent saw something Robbling in
the water & she went, and at that place she found the Child quite
under Water, some little part of the Jarment Jurt appearing and Duch
Wead over, the Child was Carried to the Mother's House and Rubbed
with last and other Means aged butt the Child was quiet Deads she
believes it must have fall in by Accident
