, situate in the Parish aforesaid within
the Liberty and County aforesaid, on the Thirtieth day November in
the Year aforesaid, being in the said Hospital, having a large Stone Jugg
and other things in both her hands, and going up the Stone Stairs
there,
It so happened that the said

then and there Accidentally
Casually and by Misfortune fell down the said Stairs, unto the bottom thereof,
and thereby did then and there receive one mortal Wound and Bruise in
and upon the top of her Head, of which said mortal Wound and Bruise she

aforesaid until the Twenty fourth day of December in the same Year at the
Hospital aforesaid did languish and languishing did live, on which said
