To any One of the Constables of the
Liberty, of Westmr in the said County.

By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and command you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Men of your Liberty, personally to
be and appear before me, on Wednesday this 20th Day
of this Instant by ½ past five of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. John Smith< no role > known
by the sing of the Kings Head situate in James Street
in the Parish of St. Margaret in the City & Liberty of Westmr .
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of John Harding< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
