To wit.

To any One of the Constables of the
Liberty, of Westmr in the said County.

By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and command you, that on sight hereof you summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Men of your Liberty, personally to
be and appear before me, on Tuesday this 26th Day
of February by Eight of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of James Fenou< no role > [..] Esqr situate
in Dean Street in the Parish of St. Ann within the
Liberty of Westmr . in the County of Middlesex
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the King's Majesty,
touching the Death of Mary Austin< no role >
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this 26thDay of Februaryin
the Year of our Lord 1771.
