Informations taken this Twenty sixth day
of February 1771 at the Parish of St. Anne
within the Liberty of Westmr. in the County
of Middlesex upon an Inquisition touching
the Death of Mary Austin< no role > lying dead in the
said Parish Liberty and County.

John Monro< no role > of RedLyon Square Dorton of Chysick on
his Oath saith, That he has known the Deced about ten
Years, That he was desired by Mr. Fenoulhet to come to
the Deced in September last, That he want and found.
hear in such a state of Lunacy, that he had no hopes of
Recovering her therefrom, and thought his constant
attendance unnecessary, and therefore called about
once in three weeks, Says that he last Thursday
and that day three weeks when he called before, found
her worse, and Says that she was Disordered in
her Senses.

Richard Singleton< no role > one of the Beadles of the Parish
of St. Ann Westmr . on his Oath saith, That a little before
Ten o' Clock this Morning he was standing wear the Sign of
the Bull's Head in Dean Street in the said Parish of [..]
St. Ann and saw the Deced fall down, as he thought
from the top of an House, into the Street, Says that he
went to her and found the Deced lying upon her
Back partly upon the Kerle Stone of the foot way
before Deced's House, Says that she lay motionless
and did not speak in Dept. hearing, but groaned as
she was carried into her own House. Says that he called
a Surgeon to Deced, and then went away
