& Liberty of Westmr . in the County of Middlesex
upon an Inquisition touching the Death of
Elizabeth Kirkham< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. lying dead in the said Parish
City Liberty and County.

Margaret< no role > the Wife of William Hall< no role > of Dartmouth Row
in the Parish of St. Margaret Westmr . Plaisteror on her Oath
saith That Elizabeth Kirkham otherwise Pinnock< no role > ,hath
Lodged with Deced about four Months last past during that
time she passed for the Wife of John Pinnock< no role > a Gentleman
Servant in Princes Court, who paid the Rent to this Dept.
Says that the Deced was very often Intoxicated with Liquor
and was (as Dept. believes) Jealous of her Husband, and
appeared for some time to have been very uneasy in
her Mind, and disturbed, Says that she fetched Mr.
Pinnock last Night to Deced about half an hour after
Eight o' Clock, that they went together into Deced's Room
where they staid about ten Minutes, and had some high
Words Says that Mr. Pinnock then went away and that
the Deced immediately followed him, and Dept. did not see
the Deced afterwards alive, Says that the Deced about
a Month ago jumped out of a Window in her Room
on the First Floor in Dept. House, and Dept, believes
that the Deced (from her Behaviour and Expressions ) was
at times Disordered in her Senses.
