Informations taken this Twenty ninth day
of August 1765 at the Parish of St. Margaret within
the City and Liberty of Westminster in the County
of Middlesex on an Inquisition taken on View
of the Body of Charles Hollier< no role > an Infant lying
Dead in the said Parish City Liberty and County.

Edward Corfield< no role > House Pupil at the Westmr. Hospital on
his Oath saith that between three and four o Clock on
Tuesday last in the Afternoon Charles Hollier the Deced
was brought to said Hospital as a Casualty, Says [..]
he Examined the Deced immediately and found his right
Leg lascerated very much, Some of the Fingers likewise
lake rated, and his left Leg bruised; Says that every
thing proper and necessary was done for the Deced
by Mr. Humphreys and the other Surgeons in the
Hospital, Says that a Mortification soon ensued
which was the immediate Cause of the Deced's
Death, which happened last Night. And this Dept
saith that the Mortification was occasioned by the
Bruise which Dept. reced in his Legs.

Edward Bignell< no role > of Peter Street in the Parish of St.
John the Evangelist Westmr. Broker, on his Oath saith
That on Tuesday last in the Afternoon Dept. was at his
own Door and saw a Carter driving a Cart loaden
with Wooden Poles drawn by two Horses in Peter Says Street that
the Deced was riding upon the Poles, and another
young lad, and that they were playing upon the Poles
Says that he saw the Deced fall down off the Poles to the
Ground on the off side of the last (occasioned by a sudden jolt of the Cart crossing
the Channal as Dept. believes) and saysthatthat the
off Wheel of the said Cart went upon and over the right
Leg of the Deced, Says that he went to Deced immediately
