Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Third by the grace of God of Great Britain,
France and Ireland King Defender of the Faith and so for the before Thomas

an Infant then and there lying Dead, upon

good and lawfull men of the said Liberty duly chosen who being then and there
duly sworn and Charged to inquire for our said Lord the King, when, how. and by
what means the said Charles Hollier< no role >
Came to hisDeath, do upon their Oath
say, That the said Charles Hollier on the Twenty seventh day of August in the Year aforesaid, being
riding in and upon a certain Cart, leaden with Wood Poles and drawn by two Horses, in a certain Street
called Peter Street in the Parish of St. John the Evangelist
within the City Liberty and County aforesaid,
And that the said Charles Hollier by a sudden jolt of the said Cart incrossing the Kennel, did then
and there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune fall out of the said Cart to the Ground near unto the
Off Wheel of the said bart, by reason where of the said off wheel of the said bart did then and there go upon
and pass over both the Legs of him the said Charles Hollier, by Means where of the said Charles Hollier< no role >
did then and there Accidentally Casually and by Misfortune receive divers mortal Wounds and Bruises in
and upon both his said Legs; of which said mortal Wounds and mortal Bruises he the said Charles Hollier< no role >
from
the said Twenty seventh day of August in the year aforesaid until the Twenty eighth day of the same Month and
Year, at the Westminster Hospital
in the said Parish of St. Margaret within the City Liberty and County aforesaid
did languish and languishing did live, on which and Twenty eighth day of August in the Year aforesaid he the said Charles Hollier
at the said Hospital, of the mortal Wounds and mortal Bruises aforesaid, did die, And so the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath
aforesaid, do say, that the said Charles Hollier in Manner and by the Means aforesaid, Accidentally Casually and by misfortune
came to his Death and not otherwise. And that the said Off Wheel of the said Cart, so drown as aforesaid was moving to the
Death of the said Charles Hollier, and is of the Value of five Shillings, and the Property and in the Possession of Henry Murless< no role >

Carman, or of his Assigns In Witness whereof as well the said Coroner, as the said
John Niblett Foreman of the said Jurors, on the behalf of himself and the rest of his said Fellows, in their presence,
