Informations Taken this Thirteenth day of April
[..] at the Parish of St. John the [..] Evangelist within
the City and Liberty of Westmr. in the County of Middsex
[..] an Inquisition taken on New of the Body of a
Man unknownlying Dead in the said Parish City
Liberty and County.

Beadle of the Parish of St. John the. Evangelist Westmr. on his Oath
Saith That he came home yesterday between five and six
o'Clock in the [..] and was informed by this Wife that
a Man had been there and told her that a Dead Manlay
upon some Timber upon Mill Bank in the Parish of St.
John the Evangelist , says that he and Mr. Lane went
up Mill [..] Rouk and upon some Timber there by the side of the River Tham near the Ship
Alehouse they found the Deced lying the Tide running
down and the Water (as Dept. thinks) had left the Deced
there, says that the Deced was Dead and Dept. believes
that he had been a considerable time Drowned.) but Dept
observed no Marks of Violence upon the Body say [..]
that the Bearers of said Parish were tent with a [..]
for the Deed and that they brought Deced the same
Evening into the Bone house belonging to said Parish
