O' Clock on Saturday Morning west again into
the same Garret in order to go to Bed, Says that
by the Bed side there she found the Deced lying upon
her face upon the Floor and much Blood about her
head upon the Floor, Says, that the was much fighton
and did not then touch the Deced, but un down Stair
and alarmed the Family in the House, Says, that
the called in the Watchman out of the Street, who
together with Dept. lifted the Deced off the Floor and
laid her upon the Bed, the Deced being then Dead, and
the Depts. Mistress being in the Garret at that time
Says that she found no Person in the Room with
Deced when she first discovered Deced upon the Floor
and that she heard no Body go up or down the Gorrst Stairs
from the time that the first left Deced in the Garret
nor heard any Noise there. Says that Deced had
been ill for some time.

George Swapp< no role > Watchman of St. James's Parish on his
Oath saith that on Saturday Morning last as he was
calling the hour [..] two in Princes Street in the said Parish
a Woman called watch at Mr. Smith's Door in that
Street Says that upon has going to her she informed
Dept. that a woman was Dead [..] in the House and
Desired Dept. to come and lift her upon the Bed, upon
which Dept. went up Stairs and in the Garret found the
Deced lying upon the Floor, with much Blood upon the Floor
Says, that the Deced was then Dead, and that he lifted
the Deced up and laid her upon the Bed, the being
then Bloody, says, that he then went away
