Oath Saith, That he was yesterday between twelve and one
O' Clock in Oxford Road
and was there informed by a Man
who is Servant to Mr. Ward a Carter in Queen Street
near Governor Square, that an Accident had happened
to one of Mr.Reeves's Carters, in the Road Says that he
thereupon want up the Road and found Mr.Reeves [..] Cart and Horses
which the and had drove on the South side of Oxford Road
, the Horses being on the Bank
close to the foot way, Says that he was informed by a person
that stood by the Horses, that a Man was hurt in the Head
and that he was carried by two Men to St. George's Hospital
Say, that in the Afternoon Deponent came to the Workhouse
and obtained on Order for the Deced being reced into the

, in order to be buried the Deced being there Dead,
Says that the Deced was wall yesterday Morning, and
Dept. believes that his Death was occasioned by the hurt
which he reced in Oxford Road

in a Cart belonging to said Mr. Reeves before the in Mought Street Work house
says, that the Deced was then Dead and that he was carried
to the Bonehouse, says, that he did not then examine the
Deced, but that he saw the Deced in the Bonehouse this day
and found his Shall broke on the Right side, and a Bruice
on the left side of his Loins, which Dept. believes [..] the
occasion of Deced's Death, [..] Says, that he was informed
by Persons in Oxford Road
that several Carriages were in
Oxford Road
endeavouredg to drive one before another
at the time the Deced reced the hurt, and Deponent
believes that the Deced's Shall was broke by a Wheel of some
