Informations taken this Ninth day of
April 1764 at the Parish of St. George Hanover
Square within the Liberty of Westmr. in the County of
Middlesex on an Inquisition taken on View of
the Body of John Marshall< no role > lying Dead in the said
Parish Liberty and County.

Robert Constable< no role > of Mount Street in the Parish of
St. George Hanover Square Milk Man on his Oath
Saith, That Yesterdayaboutbetween twelve and one
O'Clock Deponent was going along Charles Street in the
said Parish of St. George Hanover Square , and Saw John
Marshall
< no role > the Deced lying upon the Pavement there
in the feet way, speechless Says that Deced did not move and Deponent believes that Deced was then Dead. Says that he went away
into Curgon Street and other places, and returned there
in about half an hour, and found that the Deced was
carried away, Says that he saw the Deced this Day in
the Workhouse and believes it to be the same that he saw
yesterday lying in Charles Street , of whom he has given
the above Account. Deponent saws that he was informed
by Persons that stood there, that the Deced dropped down
in the Street there, and that the reced no violence from
any Person whatsoever.
