By Vertue of my Office, these are in his Majesty's Name to charge
and require you, that on sight hereof you, Summon and warn
twenty-four able and sufficient Persons of your [..] Liberty, personally to
be and appear before me, on Monday th is Nineteenth Day
of March by Four of the Clock in the After noon of
the same Day, at the House of Mr. Bennett known by
the Sign of the Red Lyon situate in Pollin Street in the
Parish of St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty
of Westminster , in the County of Middlesex
then and there to do and execute all such Things as shall be given them
in charge, on the behalf of our Sovereign Lord the Kings's Majesty,
touching the Death of Barnaby Byrne< no role > a Chairman
there lying dead; and for your so doing this shall be your Warrant. Given
under my Hand and Seal this 19th Day of March in
the Year of our Lord 17 64 .
