The Court
Perjury on the Trial of parsley and others Nos. 12. 13. & 14
DP
This Perjury was Committed in the Eagerness of the Prisoner
to Screen Parsley and the others Persons this Man is understood to be the receiver of Stolen Goods and was intimate with Nos 12 13 & 14-how the Bill against him could be thrown it is astonishing for when the Judge asked if any person would prosecute him the Bench generally declared they would all of them assist in the prosecution. Forcible is the necessity for prosecuting such Men as this for without such assistance as his Thieves could not exist
