Biggott purchase and Warnbeck I find upon Enquiry by an Answer received from the Keeper of Newgate are not in Custody. They were in the Report of Septr. Sessions 1794 I find the Kings pleasure respecting them marked in my own hand writing to Serve as soldiers in the East Indies , I never sent to the Keeper of Newgate a warrant to discharge a prisoner without having the pardon in my hand I therefore can safely say I never signed any warrant for the discharge of these three Men
