the County of Surry Gentleman maketh Oath That he
this Deponent did and Thursday the Seventeenth day
of October instant (in Castle Street Leicester Fields in
the said Liberty of Westminster ) Personally serve
the above named Thomas Pettit< no role > the above Prosecutor
with a true Copy of the Native of Trial hereunto
annexed and which said Notice of Trial hath not
been countemanded to the best of this deponents
