Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace of our said Lord the King in and for the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of [..]
and determine divers felonies Trespasses and other Misdemeanours committed in the said Liberty and giveth Us the said Justices to [..]
within the Liberty aforesaid Carpenter after the Twenty Fourth day of June which was in the Year of our Lord One thousand Seven Hundred
King unlawfully did erect and build and cause to be erected and built in a certain public Street called Upper Brook Street in the sd.
intended for a Dwelling House and Offices of the first rate and class of Building with a Bow Window made of Wood and Plaister in the front of the
called upper Brook Street in the said Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in the said County of Middlesex and within the Liberty aforesaid (the said [..]
Iron Pallisades nor being a Window to any Shop) contrary to the Rules and regulations appointed and directed by the Statute in such
Publick Street called Upper Brook Street where the said Bow Window is made as aforesaid against the Form of the Statute

not be convicted of the Premises above charged upon him in and by the said Complaint and Information who saith that
contained in the Said Complaint and Information And hereupon on the same day and Year last aforesaid at the Publick Office
said Samuel Pepys Cockerell< no role > being a credible Witness in this Behalf on the part of the Prosecution of the said Complaint and
now here administred to him the said Samuel Pepys Cockerell< no role > by Us the said Justices We the said Justices having
that the said Samuel Pepys Cockerell< no role > in the presence and hearing of the said John Helm< no role > deposeth and saith of and concerning
Pepys Cockerell hath viewed the said Brick Building intended for a Dwelling House and Offices mentioned in the said Complaint
and that there is a Bow Window made of Wood and Plaister in the Front of the said Building from the first pair of Stairs [..]
And that the said Bow Window doth extend beyond the front Line of the Ancient Building which stood in the Place where the said [..]
called Upper Brook Street where the said Bow Window in the said Complaint and Information mentioned is made And
said Complaint and Information mentioned were to the best of his Knowledge and Belief erected built and made and caused to
day of November in the said Thirty Eighth Year of the Reign of our said Lord the King at the Publick Office aforesaid in
credible Witness in this Behalf on the Part of the Prosecution of the said Complaint and Information cometh before Us the said
