Know all Men by these presents that I
George St. John of William Street< no role > in the County
of Middlesex Clock Maker in consideration of the Sum of
Four Pounds Four Shillings to me in hand paid by
Francis Guias< no role > -of William Street< no role > in the County of Middlesex
Victualler the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge Has
remised released and for ever quit claimed and by these presents
Do remise release and for ever quit Claim unto the said
Francis Guias< no role > his Heirs Executors and Administrators all and
all manner of Action and Actions Cause and Causes of
Action, Indictments, Suits Bills Bonds Writings obligatory
Debts dues duties Accounts Sum and Sums of Money
Judgments Executions Extents Quarrels controversies
Trespasses Damages and demands whatsoever both in
Law and Equity or otherwise howsoever which against
the said Francis Guias< no role > I ever had or now have
and which I my Heirs Executors or Administrators
shall or may have claim challenge or demand for or
by reason or means of any matter cause or thing
whatsoever from the beginning of the world unto this
day of the date of these presents In Witness
whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal
