because bound in a certain Recognizance to Prosecute
and given Evidence against the said Ann Hughes< no role >
for feloniously stealing a Pint Pewter Pot. the
Property of the said Elizabeth Peters< no role >

Deponent further saith that he this Deponent

at the time when
they were bound over by the Magistrates they were
informed by A person at the Office (whom they asked
forinformedinformation when they were to prosecute
