CITY, BOROUGH, AND TOWN

County of MIDDLESEX , and
Liberty of ST . MARTIN'S LE
GRAND, LONDON.}


To all Constables, Headboroughs, and other Of-
ficers and Menisters of the Peace of the Lord the
King, within the Liberty of the Dean and Chapter
of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter's Westmin-
ster, City Borough, and Town of Westminister ,
in the County of Middlesex and St. Martin's le-
Grand, London, and to every of them whom it
may concern.

THESE are to will and require, and in His Majesty's Name
strictly to charge and command, that you, or some of you,
upon Sight hereof, take and bring Charles Webb< no role > late of the
parish of Saint James Yeoman and Eleanor his Wife
before us and other His Majesty's Justices
assigned to keep the Peace in the Liberty aforesaid; and also to
hear and determine divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Mis-
demeanours committed in the same Liberty, at this present Ses-
sion of the Peace, holden at GUILD-HALL, in and for the said
Liberty, (if the Court shall be here sitting) to answer to an In-
dictment, found against t h em for assaulting beating and
commding Elizabeth the Wife of Abraham [..] Israel< no role >
And if the Court shall not be sitting at the Time of such taking,
then that you, or some or one of you, forthwith afterward bring
the said Party before us, or some other of His Majesty's Justices
of the Peace for the same Liberty, to find sufficient Sureties per-
sonally to appear at this present Session, to answer the same In-
dictment, and all such other Matters as on His Majesty's Behalf
shall be here objected. And if he cannot be taken during this
present Session, then that you bring t h em before us or some of
His Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said Liberty aspeedily
after as may be, to find such Sureties personally to appear at the
next Session of the Peace to be holden for the said Liberty, to
answer as aforesaid, and further to be dealt with according to
Law. HEREOF you are not to fail at your Peril. Given under
our Hands in open Session aforesaid this 12th Day of
July in the Year of our Lord one Thousand seven
