1st Count States


That the sd Wm. on the 21st day of Octr last was a servt. to Chs Harris of the Psh aforesd Baker
& was employed by the said Charles (amongst of things) to carry out
& deliver divers Goods to Customers of him the Sd Chs & to remove & dat [..]
membs for the same

2d Count


That the said Wm on the same day did enter in a Book belong. to the
Sd Chs an Account in writing of goods Etc Monies delivered and reced by [..]
the Sd Wm. on that day on Account of the Sd Chs

3rd Count


That the Sd Wm And then shew this Sd Acct. to the sd a Chs for a true a
suit Acct. of Aim the Sd [..] Wm of all Goods & Monds delived & reced by him on that day one
acct. of the sd. Charles & did pay him the Sum of £1.4s.½d being the accompt
of the Monies mentd. in the sd Accts and the Sd Chs did thereupon sigra
the Initials Letters of his cause at the bottom of the Sd. Accot. to wit the
Letters & He as a memorandence that the Sd Account had been duly
settled & that be hold rechd. the Monies their mentioned

4th Count


That the Sd Wm of the 24th day of Octr last did receive on Acct of the Sd Chs
the sum of 6s/3d of the Good all 3s/9d of Chs Tryor which Sd sevl. sums of
Money the T.G & C.P were respectively [..] indebted to the Sd Child

5th Count


ThatAnd That the Sd Wm being a Poor of a dishonest disposition & mindg &
intendg to Cheat ten Sd Click of the Sevl. Sums of Money last mentiond
on this Sd 24th day of Octr unlawfully frandulantly and directfully did
alter the Sd Account & insert and add to the Sd Account the sume of
6s/3d of opposite a certain Surname in the Sd Acct. (that is to say) Goodwell
meang the afsd. Thos Good< no role > all and did first insent & add to the Paul
the Sum of 3s/9d opposite a certain Sr Surname in the Sd Acct. follg
(that is to say) "Pryor" (meang. the Sd C P) and did alter the figur
of £1.4s ½ at the bottom of the Sd Acct. to the Sum of 1.4 ½ 1.14s. ½ with
intention to make it appear and be delievered that the sd Wm had
accounted with the Sd B.H for the Sevl Sums of 6s/3d & 3s/9d inalog
togr. the Sum 10s/0d which the Sd Wm had recd of the T.G.& C P on
acct. of the Sd Chs. & that he had paid the Sd Chs.forthe same Whose
in truth & in fact the Sd Wm did not ever Acct. with the said
Else for the Sd sevl sums 6/3 & 3/9 or either of there

6th Count


That the Sd Wm on the Sd 21st day of Octr was a Sowr to the
Sd Chs and was employed by the Sd Chs (amongest or things) to & any
out & deliver divers Goods to Customers of him the Sd Chs & to receive
& take Monies for the same

7th Count


That the Sd Wm on the Sd & 21st day of Octr. and enter in a Book
belong to the sd. Chs an Acct. in writg. of Goods and Monies debd. & aged
by him the Sd Wm on that day on Acct. of the Sd Chs & did [..] moduce &
olew the Sd acct. to the Sd Chs as a true and just Acct of him the Sd
Wm of all goods & Monies delid & reced by him on that day and did
pay him the Sum of 7s 4d ½ being the Acct of the Monies mentd in
the said acct and the Sd Chs did thereupon sign the Initials [..]
of his Name at the bottom of the same to wet the Lies (C K) as a
memorandum that the said acct had been duly settled and the
he had reced the Monies therein mentioned

8th Count


That the sd with on the Sd 24th day of Octr and receive on Accquist
of the Sd Chs the sum of 6s/3d of Thos Gold< no role > as the sum of [..]
