To wit. To the Constable, Headborough , Tythingman,
and other Officer of the Peace of the Parish
of Saint George Hanover Square ofin the
Liberty of Westminster
within the said Liberty to receive
and convey. And to the Church Wardens,
Chapel Wardens , or Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish, Place or Precinct of St. Martin
at Pontypool in the County of
Monmouth or either of them to receive and obey

WHEREAS David Gunter was
apprehended in the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
as a Rogue and Vagabond (videlicet) That being in distriess this
Examinant acknowledges to have asked Charity
and upon Examination of the said David Gunter< no role >
taken before me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that The place of the
last legal Settlement of the said David Gunter< no role > is in
the Parish of Saint Martin at Pontypool in Monmouth-
shire

These are therefore to require you the said Constable, or other Officer,
to convey the said David Gunter< no role >
to the Parish of Colnbrook in Buck's that being the first
Parish in the next Precinct, through which he ought to pass
in the direct Way to the said Parish of Saint Martin to which
he is to be sent, and to deliver him to the Constable, or
other Officer of such Parish in such next Precinct, together with
this Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said
David Gunter taking his Receipt
for the same. And the said David Gunter< no role >
to be thence carried on in like Manner
to the said Parish of Saint Martin
there to be delivered to some Church Warden, Chapel Warden, or Over-
seer of the Poor of the same Parish
to be there provided for according to Law. And you the said Church
Warden, Chapel Warden, or Overseer of the Poor, are hereby required to
receive the said Person, and provide for him as aforesaid. GIVEN
under my Hand and Seal this 21st Day of October
in the Year of our Lord 17 67
