To wit. To the Constable, Headborough , Tythingman,
and other Officer of the Peace of the Parish
of St. George hanr. Square ofin the
Liberty of Westminster
within the saidto receive
and convey. And to the Church Wardens,
Chapel Wardens , or Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish, Place or Precinct of Cirencester
in the County of Gloucester
or either of them to receive and obey

WHEREAS Thomas Butler< no role > & Mary his
Wife
apprehended in the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square
as a Rogue and Vagabond (videlicet)
and upon Examination of the said Thomas Butler< no role >
taken before me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that The Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Thomas Butler< no role > &
Mary< no role > his Wife is in the Parish of Cirencester in the
County of Gloucester

These are therefore to require you the said Constable, or other Officer,
to convey the said Thomas Butler< no role > and Mary< no role > his Wife
to the Town of Colnbrook in Bucks that being the first
Town in the next Precinct, through which they ought to pass
in the direct Way to the said Parish of Cirencester to which
they are to be sent, and to deliver them to the Constable, or
other Officer of such Parish in such next Precinct, together with
this Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said
Thomas Butler< no role > taking his Receipt
for the same. And the said Thomas Butler< no role > and Mary his< no role >
Wife to be thence carried on in like Manner
to the said Parish of Cirencester
there to be delivered to some Church Warden, Chapel Warden, or Over-
seer of the Poor of the same Parish
to be there provided for according to Law. And you the said Church
Warden, Chapel Warden, or Overseer of the Poor, are hereby required to
receive the said Person, and provide for them as aforesaid. GIVEN
under my Hand and Seal this 3d Day of November
in the Year of our Lord 17 67
