At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden at the Guildhall in King Street Westminster in and for the liberty
of the Dean and Chapter of the Collegiate Church of St. Peter Westminster
the City Borough and Town of Westminster in the County of Middlesex
and Saint Martin Le Grand London (by Adjournment) on Friday the
Tenth day of July in the Seventh Year of the Reign of our Sovereign
Lord George the Third King of Great Britain Etc Before Sir John
Fielding

Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King Assigned to keep the Peace
in the said Liberty and also to hear and determine divers Fellonies
Trespasses and other misdeeds committed in the same Liberty

A Bill of George Byfield< no role > for Carpenter 's work done in repairing his
Majesty's Prison commonly called Tothill Fields Bridewell in this liberty in the
present year 1767 Amounting to One hundred and Seventy nine Pounds Eleven
shillings and Six pence And another Bill for Day work amounting to Thirty
Six pounds Fifteen shillings and Ten Pence three farthings making together the
Sum of Two hundred and Sixteen Pounds Six shillings and four pence the
farthings being laid before the Court for payment And it appearing to this
Court that the Charges therein are reasonable and Just It is Ordered that Mr.
James Jefferson< no role > Treasurer of the County of Middx do pay the said Sum of Two hundred
and Sixteen Pounds Six shillings and four pence three farthings to the said George Byfield< no role > in full of his
Demand And that the Receipt of the said George Byfield< no role > together with this
Order shall be a sufficient discharge to the said Treasurer for such Payment
