this 11th day of January 1757.

Who Saith that She was at Mr Gentleman's at the Sign of
the blue Anchor in Petty France when theon the 10th day
of Decemr last about Ten or Eleven o'Clock at Night when
the deced Hugh Cockman< no role > came in and being a little in Lequire
Somewords Passed between the deced and one Charles
Suter when the deced told Suter some what about cuttg
of his Law & Shuter answer'd he should notwouldcut off
his Law but he would have his Hearts blood, Immediately
they full a fighting but whose such first the Deponent
knows not that they were Soon after parted & this
Deponent went away and further Knows Not
