the sd Wm Golden cannot trust him in his Trade
nothisis the Houses of his Customers whereby the sd
Wm Golden< no role > iswas greatly injured in his sd Trade the sd Wm Golden< no role >
prayed that this Court woud be pleased to Order the
sd Wm Golden to be discharged from his sd Indre
of Apprentiship and that the Indre may be vacated
& become void thereupon the sd Cornelius Edward< no role >
was Ordered to attend this Court this day & all other
persons concerned to hear the sd peticon and to abide
the Judgment & determination of this Court and
the sd Cornelius Edward< no role > being in Custody of the Keeper
of the House of Correction of this Liberty has brought
into this Court this day and the sd John Edward< no role > Father
of the sd Cornelius Edwards< no role > being duly Served with a
Copy of the sd Peticon & order attended this Court
accordingly and upon hearing of what was alledged
by the sd Wm Golden the Master & the sd Comelius
Edwards the apprentice And alsoVaughan Esqr
Counsill for the sd Master and by Consent as well of
the sd Wm Golden the Master as Cornelius Edwards< no role >
the Apprentice that the sd Indre of Appentiship
should be discharged & vacated It is Ordered by this
Court that the sd Cornelius Edwards< no role > the sd Apprentice
be & he is hereby absolutely discharged from the sd
Indre of Apprentiship to the sd Wm Golden< no role > And we
where hands & Seals are hereunto sett being four of his
Majties Justices of the peace for this Liberty (one of nor being
of the Quorum) present at the sd Sessions have
pronounced & declared & do pronounce & declare that for
the reason aforesd we have discharged and do
