Whereas William Golden< no role > of the Parish of St.
James within the Liberty of Westmr Glazier having
exhibited his Humble peticon to this Court setting
forth That by Indre of Apprentiship bearing date the
3d day of July 1749 Cornelius Edwards< no role > Son of John
Edwards of Kew Green in the County of Surry Gardiner
had put himself apprentice to the sd William Golden< no role >
to learn his art & with the sd Wm Golden after the
manner of an apprentice to Serve from the day of the date
of the sd Indre for the Term of 7 years That in the sd
Indre the sd Cornelius Edward< no role > did Covenant the sd Wm
Golden faithfully to Leave & that he should not four the sd
Wm Golden Service day nor might absent himself as in
& by the sd Indre relation being thereunto had may more
at large appear That the sd Cornelius Edwards< no role > since the
Date of the sd Apprentiship had willfully absented himself
diverse & Sundry Days & nights To the Number of twenty
Days & nights at the least and the sd Wm Golden had
often times reced him again with sd Wm Golden Service
but the sd Cornelius Edwards< no role > will not continue therein and that the sd Cornelius
Edwards had Seval times broke into the sd Wm Golden< no role >
House in the night time & on or abt the 26 day of Febry
last past in the night time broke into the House of the
sd. Wm Golden< no role > & took the dont two Bottles of ale &
Victualls & a pair of the sd Wm Golden Shoes & after
having made a Fire in Coopers Cellar in the sd Wm
Golden House & burnt, Sevral Staves belonging to the
Cooper of the value of 5 went away & left the sd Fire in
such a manner that the sd Wm Golden House as well
as all the Neighbourhood might have been burnt down
by means thereof had the sd Fire Spread in the night time
that by the extreem had behaviour of the sd Cornelius Edward< no role >
