We whose Names are hereunto Subscirbed two of the present Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of St. George Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middlesex Do hereby Consent that the Recognizance wherein
one Edward Bishop< no role > was bound, before John Upton< no role > Esqr . one of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said City and Liberty the 31st. Day of March last,
to appear at the then next General Quarter session of the peace to be holden
for the said Liberty at the Town Court House near Westminster Hall To answer
the Complaint of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish for
begetting Jane Whiting< no role > , Singlewoman , with Child of the Child or Children
with which she was then Pregnant, may be Discharged the said Jane
Whiting being since delivered and having Sworn her Child to another
Person Witness our Hands this 4th. day of October 1749.
