Take Notice that the Court will be moved at the Present Sessions of the
Peace held for the City and Liberty of Westminster by Adjournment on
the Sixth Instant October at the Court house by Westminster Hall in the County of
Middlesex or So Soon after as Councill can be heard that the Defts Recognizance may be
respitted till the next Sessions the said Deft being A servant to Normond Mr Leod< no role > Esqr
a Member of Parliament and now wth. him in the Kingdom of Scotland on his
Master's business And that the Said Deft will Appear at the next Session's and Plead
not Guily and Try his Traverse on the said Indictment by the Said Aaron
Lazarus preferred agt. him And am
