William Pearson< no role > of the Parish of Saint Giles in the Feilds and County of Middlesex
Coal Merchant maketh Oath and Saith that he this Deponent, was present and Saw
the Body of James Whittle< no role > deceased (who was the late apprentice of the abovenamed
Defendant Thos. Proctor) [..] some few hours after the same was opened by four
different Surgeons and that he this Deponent heardthatthe said four Surgeons say they were
all of opinion that the said James Whillas Death was Occasioned wholly by the desay
of natures and that his Longs and Interats appeared to be very much Alicrated and that
he the said James whittle< no role > much have been in De [..] inning way for Several years by
past And this Deponent further Saith that he was present, when the Coroner and
the Jury Sat upon the Body of the said James Whittle< no role > and that he heard the Jury give
their Verdict that the sd. James Whitth< no role > died a natural death and not occasioned by
any Violence or Cornel usage of the said Thomas Proctor< no role > And this Deponent further
Saith that he hath heard and verily believes that the said James White< no role > , was buried in
the Church Yard belonging to the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields Some time on or
about the Middle of the Month of April last and the reason of his this Deponents
beleif is that his this Deponents wife was present at the said Burid as he this
Deponent hath been in formed and verily believes
