the County of Middlesex Maketh oath and Saith That he this Deponent on
the tenth day of this Instant october in the fore noon of the Same day did
personally Serve Thomas Watkins< no role > the defendant above named at his
dwelling house in Boloign Court in the parish of Saint Martin in the
feilds with a true Coppy of the petition and order here to annexed And
at the same time this Deponent did acquaint him with the purport and
meaning thereof and that he was therewith Served to the Intent that he might
be ready at the time and place in the Said order for the purpose appointed
